Our insertion company DIKAIA offers integration opportunities to its community, mostly to youngsters under or formerly under guardianship notably having difficulties to access labor market, destined to give an answer to the lack of work opportunities for these youngsters using insertion and in the acquisition of basic, transversal and technical skills allowing them to access the labor market.   

We are completing our mission based on a selection process allowing the assessment of the youngsters’ attitude or interest and to see if they acquired the optimal level of skills to start their professional insertion process.

We design a wide range of trainings to allow them to acquire necessary knowledge of the labor market and its occupation, and then we provide support during the whole length of the socio-professional insertion 

Every youngster has its particularities, and we adapt our intervention to their needs and requests. We evaluate their start point through occupational diagnostic. We also carry out an educative follow-up to strengthen y enhance their abilities to do their work properly and to allow them to access the labor market autonomously and efficiently.   

We set together their professional objectives, actions, their rhythm, and we provide them the necessary tools to achieve all of that.   

We create alliances with companies offering us opportunities and we work together to build a socially responsible, fairer and egalitarian labor market.

Projecte Sostre 360º Tarragona

Eveho Foundation is the executive part of the Projecte Sostre 360° which started January 1st 2021, to meet the needs of 30 youngsters mainly formerly under guardianship and homeless in the city of Tarragona. The project is supervised by the Office of Children, Teenagers and Youngsters Care (SIAJ) of the “Generalitat” of Catalonia, with the economic contribution of the Caixa Foundation and the cases are suggested by the social Services of Tarragona.

The key of success of the project mainly relies on the outcomes of the methodological intervention on an educative level, where a wide range of factors to work on are considered to the recovery of each youngster. In that sense, we underline that each youngster has an itinerary and a different process and therefore a differential evaluation rhythm.      

To be able to work with youngsters, the first step of educative intervention is the link that can be created between youngsters and educators, that we consider as an educative relationship. Without this educative link and the will of the youngster to engage, no evolution nor positive outcome would be possible.   

There is a duty to provide experiences that allow youngsters to develop healthier and more realistic perspectives, which also must encourage a safe environment as the key to the process. If we take into account the characteristics, circumstances, diversity and evolution of each youngster, that would allow us to validate, during the project, the type of housing we provide to each case and at each moment.

The technical departement ARKE, founded early January 2021 with the objective of proceeding to research of new fundings of private and/or sources, extend the actitivities of the Foundation and make possible the development of specific and innovating projects which contribute to reinforcement the autonomy process and of emancipation of children, teenagers and youngsters we’re taking care of.  

The team forming the departement has a lot of experience in the sector. Further more, we can count on a wide network of collaboration with public services, social entities, companies and professionals of the sector, which allows us to establish colloborations to the development of the projects. 

Currently, we’re dealing with projects attached to european, state, autonomous and local fundings.
